PMMA SHEETS

There are two types of PMMA polymethylmethacrylate sheets: Extruded sheets (abbreviated XT) and Cast sheets (abbreviated GS). Special extruded sheets are used to product Mirrored sheets (abbreviated SP).
The different methodology of production influences the technical characteristics and makes possible to supply different thicknesses, colors and formats; which in turn, determine different uses and applications. Generally speaking for simple applications, the (less expensive) extruded sheets, can work well; but if you need colored sheets, high thicknesses or you have to do complex mechanical processing, we recommend cast sheets.
