
The Pneumatic Cylinder is an engine that uses the energy of compressed air, transforming it into mechanical work of straight motion. It is therefore the main element of a Pneumatic Automation system. There are various types: Single or Double Effect, Through rod, Tandem, Rotating… and built according to standard regulations (ISO 15552, ISO 6432…). The combinations of stroke, bore and type of fixing must be chosen according to the application.
